WASHINGTON, D.C., May 19, 2006 – The Rubber Manufacturers Association has released several revised and one new tire retread and tire repair Shop Bulletins for tire service professionals. All RMA Shop Bulletins can be downloaded at www.rma.org in the “Publications” section.
RMA published the following Shop Bulletins; five revised and one new:
- SB No. 7A – Groove Cracking, Precure
- SB No. 7B – Groove Cracking, Mold Cure
- SB No. 25 – Retread & Repair Materials Glossary of Terms
- SB No. 26 – Tread Edge Lifting
- SB No. 34 – Buffing Techniques for Radial Passenger Tires
- New – SB No. 42 – Break Skid (Flat Spot) Repair in a Full Service Repair Facility
RMA has more than 40 tire retread and tire repair Shop Bulletins designed to be used as reference and training materials that can help enhance customer satisfaction, add value and solve typical problems encountered in the retread and repair of passenger, light truck, truck, off-the-highway, and farm tires. The fully illustrated bulletins can be viewed online and downloaded for free.
