Nothing is more important to productivity than knowledgeable, skilled workers. Finding good people is just the beginning. Training them can be time-consuming, expensive, and often inefficient.

In response to our industry's challenge, the RMA joined with Ferris State University and leading industry experts to develop a unique, user-friendly training program built around the best rubber industry practices, well-established training techniques, and the ease and interactivity of computer technology.

The RMA now offers this interactive software as a service of all membership categories. The software is also available for purchase by non-member customers either by downloading the order form or by calling at 202.682.4866.
